Questions
When will we get our photos?
Your photos are in your online gallery within 48 hours of your session, with time to order cards and mail them before Christmas.
$95 for five photos?
It's one flat price for a private slot, a barefoot Santa, a professional photographer and five finished photos. Extra photos and cards are optional.
How long is the session?
About 8 minutes, and that time is all yours. Long enough for Laurel to capture the photos you'll love, short enough that the kids don't get restless.
Can we bring the dog?
Yes, at our Tamarindo and Flamingo sessions (Fri & Sun).
What if it rains?
December is dry season in Guanacaste. If we have to cancel a session for weather, we'll move you to any other date this season.
Will Santa be hot in that suit?
Very. He's from the North Pole. He's doing his best.
When should we arrive?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your slot to settle in and get ready. If you're running late, we'll try to fit you in at the end of the session, but we can't guarantee it.
Can we cancel or reschedule?
Sessions are paid in full when you book. If your plans change, we'll do our best to move you to another date, but we can't guarantee a new slot. Missed sessions aren't refunded.
Can cards be mailed to Canada or Europe?
Not yet. For now, cards can only be mailed to addresses in the US.
How many people can come?
As many as you like. Bring the whole family.
What should we wear?
Comfortable clothes in neutral colors. Keep it simple and skip busy prints and patterns.
